We facilitate development programs for leadership teams who want to strengthen their synergy, align around a shared purpose, and create results that are both human-centered and impactful.

Our work typically includes leadership behavior, relational and emotional intelligence, communication, typologies, cultural values, psychological safety, and energetic collaboration – while also opening the space for a new understanding of leadership, where followership, purpose, and generative energy are at the core.

Each program is co-designed in dialogue with you and tailored to your current context, team dynamics, and development goals.

Program Design & Structure

The team development process is designed around a specific task or challenge that is addressed in collaboration with the leadership team.

Depending on your context, the program may include some or all of the following phases:

  • Identification of development goals for the leadership team

  • Internal analysis through dialogue and interviews – optionally combined with a quantitative survey within the organization

  • Development of a vision for a conscious and authentic leadership team (and organization)

  • Introduction to emerging leadership trends, new tools and methods that strengthen collaboration, competence, and leadership capacity within the team

  • Identification and design of potential transformative initiatives to be implemented both within and beyond the leadership team

  • Development of short-term and operational action plans

  • Review and follow-up to ensure goal realization

Throughout the program, we provide both facilitation and coaching – at the individual and team levels.

We integrate a wide range of methods and tools as needed – including personality profiling, team workshops, qualitative interviews, internal surveys, development sprints, reflective team dialogues, and 1:1 coaching sessions with individual leaders.
